Car hiring Terms & Conditions
- All toll, parking, permit, hills charges to be paid at actual by the guest/company.
- For billing purposes, the time and the distance readings are calculated from our garage back to our garage which is closest possible to the reporting location
- Half day ( 5hrs / 50kms ) Local Duty used beyond 7 hrs will be switched to 10hrs / 100 km package rate for billing purposes
- Force Traveler for city usage is available for a minimum of 10 hours hiring only
- For outstation duties, the chauffeur’s allowance (CA) is to be paid per calendar day. Rates are Rs.800 for the Force Traveler and Rs.700 for all other cars. If it is an early morning pickup, then excess allowance will be applicable.
- Idle AC & hill station AC is not allowed
- Outstation trips are calculated on a per-calendar-day basis and not on hours of usage.
- Outstation trips will be billed for a minimum of 300 km per calendar day.
- For outstation trips, cars returning to our office after midnight will attract an additional day chauffeur’s allowance.
- Outstation trips, where the usage is more than 300 Kms each way for single-day bookings, the chauffer’s allowance is double
- Additional: Toll Fees, Inter-State Permit Airport Charges Parking Charges (if any) are extra.
- Driver Betta Rs. 400. [Rs. 500 for above 400kms]
- Hill Station Charges – Rs. 300
- One Way Drop Trips – Minimum running must be 130 kms
- Round Trip for outstation -Minimum 300 km coverage for all vechicle
- Waiting Charges will be Rs.200 per minHour.(Except 30 min for food.)
- Max lagguage capacity by vehicle type – Sedan – 2 suitcases, Suv – 3 suitcases
- Carrier ,Pet charge and Extra Luggage chrage Rs 500
